About Us

In 1999, my mother searched for a stylish and unique dog collar for her miniature schnauzer. She came up empty handed but would not be deterred. Her creative nature and “can-do” attitude used a scrap of red gingham fabric and her home sewing machine to create the first Dog Collar World collar. That collar led to a local craft show and has evolved into today’s company.

We remain family owned. When you call, you will likely speak directly with my husband or my father. It is our promise to provide customer service on a personal level with the same attention to detail that goes into every item we produce. Our handmade collars, scarves, leashes, bow ties, and flowers are still crafted with the same care and quality as the first collar created over 20 years ago.
